Escape Room Party
Active participation
Unlike typical parties, attendees are actively involved in an escape room game, adding a dynamic touch to the experience.
Logical challenges
The puzzles and challenges in the escape rooms test players' logical thinking and creativity, stimulating collaboration and problem-solving skills, offering a memorable experience.
Team activity
This experience allows guests to collaborate, communicate, and work as a team, strengthening relationships between friends and colleagues.
Excitement and adrenaline
The pressure of escaping within a limited time creates an electrifying atmosphere, boosting adrenaline and engagement. This race against the clock intensifies the experience, turning every escape room party into a memorable adventure.
Variety of themes
Escape rooms feature various themes, allowing you to choose one or more that match the celebrant’s preferences.
Unique memories
Escape rooms offer unique experiences, different from any other activity, leaving participants with great memories and stories to share.

Fill out the online form
Once the booking is made, all participants must complete the online form, which includes terms and conditions, risks, rules, and GDPR. For minor participants, this form must be completed by their guardian. The organizer will receive this form as a link and must forward it to the guests.
Arrival at the location
The celebrant must arrive at the location at least 30 minutes before the start of the first game to be ready to welcome the guests.
Welcoming guests and forming teams (15 minutes)
Guests are guided to the reserved space and divided into teams of up to 6 players, depending on the number of rooms booked.
Game briefing (15 minutes)
To ensure a smooth experience, before the game begins, the game master will explain the rules, the particularities of each game, and answer any questions the participants may have.
Game 1 (60 minutes)
Teams enter the designated rooms and try to solve the challenges as quickly as possible, while non-playing party guests can relax in the lobby.
Pizza (20 minutes)
After the first challenge, a snack break is well-deserved. It’s up to you where you order from.
Cake (10 minutes)
Cut the cake, light the candles, and sing “Happy Birthday!”
Game 2 (60 minutes)
Teams switch escape rooms for the second game and continue the adventure.
The end
All good things must come to an end. After the second game is finished, we invite you to take a group photo, and sadly, we have to say goodbye as we prepare the rooms for the next visitors.
What is the minimum age for a party at the escape room?
The celebrant must be at least 14 years old, and most participants should be 13 or 14 years old. There may be 1-2 exceptions, like younger siblings, but no younger than 10 years old. All teams with participants under 14 must be accompanied by an adult in the game rooms.
Why do I need to accompany the kids in the game rooms?
Both for their safety and for the safety of the valuable elements and mechanisms in the rooms. Kids can easily get excited and may react unpredictably. Therefore, the presence of an adult is necessary to keep the game safe and avoid unpleasant situations. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.
Does the accompanying adult need to pay?
Yes, if the team includes children under 14, the accompanying adult is considered a paying player. We actually encourage them to get involved in the game, especially since escape rooms are primarily designed for adult players.
Do kids pay regardless of age?
Yes, all game participants pay.
How much does a party at Breakout Escape Rooms cost?
We need to know the details of your desired event to give you a proposal. That's why, in the first stage, please complete the form below.
How many participants can I invite to the party?
To avoid exceeding the capacity of our space, the maximum number of participants is 26 people.
How long does the party last?
Typically, our clients choose 2 games per participant, with an allocated time of 2 hours and 45 minutes. If you want more games per participant, please specify this in the additional details section of the form.
Do you serve the cake, pizza, and drinks?
No, our game masters are only responsible for the smooth running of the escape room experiences. You can order the pizza, drinks, and cake from wherever you like because we specialize in games and puzzles, not serving meals and cutting the cake.
Can adults drink alcohol?
Yes, you can bring alcoholic beverages for adults, but it is the organizer's responsibility to ensure that everything remains within reasonable limits.
Can I bring confetti, fireworks, a pinata, etc.?
Unfortunately, no, as we cannot clean up after every event before resuming our main activity of operating escape rooms.
Why is the online form necessary?
The form includes four important documents (GDPR consent, game participation rules, terms and conditions, and associated risks) and must be signed by each game participant. For minors, a legal guardian needs to review these documents, inform the child about their content, and give consent for participation. This procedure is essential not only for participant safety but also for compliance with legal GDPR regulations. Additionally, it helps prevent damage to valuable elements and mechanisms in the game rooms.
